His expertise spans structuring acquisitions, divestitures, financing, and providing strategic business advice. He has extensive knowledge in tax, commercial real estate, litigation, bankruptcy, and employment matters. Kelly founded Milestone Capital, Inc. in 1998, managing its middle-market private equity team. He led sourcing acquisitions, fundraising, due diligence, negotiations, and exit strategies. Previously, Kelly practiced at a large US law firm, a regional tax firm, and founded his own firm to manage business transactions.
