He brings extensive expertise in electrical systems, fire alarm, and HVAC, and is known for his commitment to quality, efficiency, and on-time project delivery. Richard takes pride in leading teams and ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards. 

Outside of his professional career, he enjoys spending time with his family and creating lasting memories with his 11 grandchildren.
