Marlon Velasquez is the Pre-Construction Manager at SCE Power Plus with more than six years of experience in the electrical construction industry. He began his career in the warehouse managing inventory and material flow, then progressed through nearly every department in the company, a path that gave him a comprehensive understanding of how an electrical contractor operates, from procurement and field support to project management and estimating.

 

He has supported more than 40 multifamily projects, contributing on both the pre-construction and reporting sides of the business. Marlon pairs that operational background with a strong foundation in data analytics, building the reporting systems executives rely on to make decisions, and the field-level knowledge to know where those numbers come from.
